Pre-Dinner Canapes & Beverages
A selection of hot savouries and canapes are served with De Bortoli Bottled Wines, Australian Beers, Sherry and softdrinks.

Menu
Your selection of three entrees, three main courses and three desserts, served A La Carte. Your guests will be presented with a menu comprised of your 3 selections, from which to make their own selections. At the end of your meal, freshly brewed coffee, tea and chocolates will be served. Menus are placed on all tables

Beverages
Selected Bottled Wines, Australian Beer and softdrinks will be served throughout the evening, with Sparkling wine for Toasts.

Floral Arrangements
Fresh floral arrangements for guest tables and bridal table are included.
The colour theme is of your choice with either candelabra or glass bowl centrepieces.

Bridal Suite
Complimentary use of our luxurious Royal Suite, including champagne, chocolates and fully cooked breakfast.

Based on a minimum of 60 guests and a maximum of 100 guests.
