    Goats cheese, lemon and thyme ravioli with spiced beetroot relish and salsa verde

    Duck confit with hoi sin spring roll, cucumber relish and a plum chilli dipping sauce

    Grilled asparagus served with Tasmanian smoked salmon and lemon flavoured hollandaise 

    Tikka spiced chicken with ribbon noodle salad, cucumber rita yogurt and house made barbeque sauce

     

    Main Course

    Lamb noisette roasted with rosemary and garlic with honey parsnip and mint jus

    Pomegranate glazed roast turkey with steamed asparagus, batton carrots and cranberry jus

    Vegetable Wellington with roasted tomato relish and rocket salad

    Pan seared salmon fillet on pea and chorizo sausage risotto with crispy leek and herb salad

    Steamed Traditional Christmas pudding with frangelico, brandy custard and vanilla bean ice cream
