We have 80 complimentary car parks on site. This is a mixture of both accommodation guest parks and daily visiting guests. There is also complimentary car parking in the service lanes either side of the hotel on both Springvale and Canterbury roads.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN FOR ACCOMMODATION?
Check in time is 2.00pm. Earlier check in may be available, you simply need to contact reception the day of your arrival and we will arrange this for you if your room is available earlier.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT FOR ACCOMMODATION?
Check out time is 10.00am Monday through to Friday. Weekends offer a late check out of 12.00pm.
DO YOU HAVE INTERNET ACCESS?
Yes every hotel suite has broadband access that is accessible through the TV in each suite of which you will then receive a password to use to connect. The public areas of the hotel have wireless internet access of which reception can issue you a password to connect this way.
WHEN IS OLIVER'S RESTAURANT OPEN?
Oliver's Restaurant is open 7 days a week for Breakfast and Dinner and is open Monday to Friday for Lunch.
WHAT TIME IS RECEPTION OPEN?
Reception is open 24 hours 7 days a week, we never close! Should you be checking in late a phonecall is appreciated to let us know that you are still coming.

Yes we have a heated pool. We also have a spa, gymnasium, sports lounge with pool table and day spa.
